“TRIACONTAGON”

MARCH 30-APRIL 1, 2007

Outdoor psychedelic trance event not far from LA in the Mojave desert.

Come celebrate life and nature under the stars with a deep psychedelic trance to provide aural trip acceleration.
This small and intimate event will be held in a very remote area perfect for an all weekend congregation of dancers, stompers and shamans. Friday night we will have guests TBA come and perform. Saturday night into Sunday morning the following Sonic Manipulators will be performing:::

The type of psytrance played at this event will be deep and heavy early in the night , moving to trippy and twisted , then crazy madness, then wackyness, then a few hours after sunrise smooth out with deep progressive psy, then finishing out with intricate broken and glitchy beats by Omsk 411.

Fires and fire dancers welcomed and encouraged!
If everybody pitches in by bringing wood then we should have a nice heater to carry us through to the morning.

This event is dedicated to the number 30, as well as the golden birthday of a certain desert goddess….

Please leave all egos at home....just come and dance and experience the beauty of the desert. Be cautious if you choose to explore around the copper mines nearby.

      this is going to be fun, its not that far from SD so come on out!!! we got lots of new musical treats to present as this winter has found most of us trapped in our studios like hermits.

      hope to see everybody there, i'm heading out friday night after work to setup camp.

          Hello to all desert psy freaks.....
          here are the direx for this weekend.
          these are not the same direx for timeshift.

          GPS COORDINATES:

          LAT N 35 5' 22"
          LONG W 117 24' 42"

          FROM SAN DIEGO TAKE THE 15N TO THE 395
          At Kramer Junction (58 and the 395) you must reset your odometer and head North on the 395 for 6.8 miles. Then make a very sharp right onto an unmarked dirt road which heads south for a couple of hundred yards before turning east again.

          *Note: if you see a blue "Call Box" you have gone too far. Turn around and head south on I-395 for about 0.2 miles. If you see overhead power lines alongside the dirt road you have also gone too far. The correct dirt road has a stop sign.

          Follow the dirt road east for 6.8 miles. You will pass three red tires buried in the sand on your left, then a bullet ridden diamond shaped sign (this will be the SECOND bullet ridden diamond shape sign you pass) just before the next turn to your left.

          This is the hard part. Proceed on this road for 0.8 miles, make a right then drive another 3.0 miles east. For some the forward direction is not easily determinable on this 3 mile stretch, and washes and offshoots are taken, which results in sand and rocks. Please pay attention to the road and to your odometer. After the 3 miles, turn right (south) for 0.8 miles and right again (west) for 0.5 miles. There are two small sign posts here. Turn right into the parking and camping area.

          *Note: The road you just came in on defines the perimeter of the property. Please do not park or camp outside of this area. The property is 40 acres so there will be plenty of space to park and camp.
